What do the class levels mean?

The levels apply mainly to our Chen Tai Chi classes where a traditional curriculum is followed, with groups progressing from one level to the next, depending on how regularly members attend and how much practice they do at home. They are a way of indicating to new joiners and existing students where they are in within the curriculum and what other classes might also suit them. You can attend classes at your own level and any level below your own, provided that class has space for you.
