This 90 Minute class offers SHTC Daytime members a unique chance to experience learning from a top level Chinese Master. Master Wang will teach the group Taiji foundtion exercises and life nurturing energy exercises (Qigong) to clear one's energy system of blockages, to cultivate a strong reserve of energy at the Lower Dantien and to develop a deep state of relaxation and mindfulness, resulting in good health.
