So you're ready to start learning Tai Chi & Qigong and you want to confirm your decision by reserving a place in a weekly class?
Joining us and reserving your place couldn't be easier and to give you a chance to see if it's for you we only ask for a 3 class commitment:
How to buy your Beginners pack:
Click the yellow highlighted link below
Select the class you want to attend from the drop down box
(If the class you want to join isn't shown it's because it is currently full, so contact us instead to ask to be added to the waiting list, being sure to mention the venue of the class)
Assuming the class you want is shown, click on it to change the selection to that class.
Enter your name and email address in the comments box
Click 'add to cart' & review your order
If everything's OK, click 'Proceed to Checkout' to pay £20 which will confirm your place and covers the fee for the first three weekly classes (paypal or credit / debit card)
You can buy multiple Beginners Packs if two or more people want to attend (subject to availability)
How it works:
Your three credits will be valid at the class chosen from the drop down list at the first three weekly classes on /following payment date. If you don't see the class you want listed, it's because we are full up. But send us an enquiry and we will notify you as soon as a place becomes available and you can decide if you want to join us at that time.
Absences / Holidays etc
Fees are non refundable once you have booked onto a course, but:
Credits can be carried forward to another date in the same class and your place kept open for your return on the following terms:
1. You have already attended at least 3 weeks of classes with us
2. You give us a full weeks notice by email.
3. You can only carry over a maximum of 2 weeks credits per school term
4. You have paid in advance any fees for the following month if these are due while you will be away
Short notice absences
If you give us less than a weeks notice by email we can't carry the fee over to another week as it will be almost impossible to fill your spot in that time frame. However, you can ask us if you'd like to attend a different beginners class in the same week and, provided we have a space that week for you, (eg the other class is not full, or someone has told us they are on holiday) we will carry your credit across to a different class in the same week you miss your normal class.
Leaving the class
After the first 3 weeks or at any point after that, if you decide it isn't for you, just let us know - no further fees will be due.
Continuing after 3 weeks
At your third week we will ask you to pay in advance renew for one calendar month at a time, (it's not necessary to set up a direct debit)
If you're not ready to book your place just yet and would like to read more, just navigate through the menu on the top left and you'll find lots of interesting stuff about Tai Chi, our teachers, venues and classes. Hope to meet you soon!
