This page contains links to our beginner Tai Chi & Qigong tutorial videos and class recap recordings, which correspond to what is being taught in our face to face Beginner Tai Chi classes this term. To access the videos you'll need to purchase a subscription. A password will then be sent to you via email. The cost is £6 per calendar month if you attend our classes or £10 per month if you aren't currently signed up to a class.
