GENERAL INFO
The classes introduce beginners to the principles of Tai Chi & Qigong, correct posture and underpinning understanding. We will learn a traditional series of movements called a form. Tai Chi & Qigong have been proven to reduce stress and anxiety, improve mood and sleep, help with relaxation, balance and posture and promote overall good health.
You can leave the class by letting us know that you won't be renewing at the end of a block of classes.
£9 per class, normally paid in a block of 4-6 classes. There are no refunds or credits for missed classes but we will send you a link to a tutorial video covering the new movements taught if you miss a booked class

Conditions of attendance - all classes
Note that there are a few weeks without classes- the dates of classes are in the booking link please jot them down to save a wasted trip as further email reminders are not sent
Once your booking is made, refunds are only applicable up to 2 weeks before the class start date, and provided if we can fill your place.
If you are unwell or have any sign of a cold (even if you feel well enough to attend) please stay away from the class until all your symptoms are gone, in order order to provide a healthy environment for the rest of the group. If you miss a class for any reason you'll receive a recording of what was taught in class so you can practice along with our teacher at home.
